Pauline came to Bucks in 2012 at a time when the team at the Contact Service were looking for guidance and Leadership. She then moved on to work in a Residential Home for adolescence,which needed transformation. Pauline worked in a way which was holistic, She offered a professional and all encompassing approach. Staff gained from Paulines presence and built confidence from having her around. Pauline works with integrity and has a passion for the Social work task and profession which shines through. It has been a pleasure and privilege to know and work with her.
